AN OFFER BASED ON YOUR DEVICE

A different journey for a business batch.

A list of machines needs more than a single-device form. Tell us what is available, where it is and what your organisation needs before anything is moved.

01

Build your equipment list

Add a line per model or configuration, with quantities and condition. A mixed batch is welcome as an enquiry, not a guaranteed purchase.

02

Agree the practical details

Share the location, preferred timing, chargers and any known faults. Collection is considered for suitable batches and must be confirmed.

03

Set out data requirements

Tell us about device management, account locks and any required data-handling evidence. Do not send passwords, recovery keys or personal files.

Unsure about condition? Our grading guide will help.

Agree the data plan.
Then the handover.

Make the requirements clear before equipment leaves your organisation.

Your authorised IT team stays involved. Tell us about management enrolment, account or firmware locks and the data preparation already completed.

No assumed certificates. Certified erasure, destruction, on-site wiping or audit documentation are not automatically part of a buyback enquiry. Specify what you need so we can confirm the scope first.

Equipment details only. Do not send staff records, passwords, recovery keys or personal files through the enquiry form.

GOOD TO KNOW

A few things
you might be asking.

Straight answers before you sell.

Explore all FAQs
Can I send a mixed batch of laptop models?

Yes. Add separate lines for different models or configurations. Include quantities, approximate condition and the chargers available so we can review the batch.

Is collection included?

No. Collection may be possible for suitable business batches, depending on the equipment and location. We will agree the arrangements before you proceed.

Can you provide certified data destruction?

Do not assume certified erasure, destruction or an audit certificate is included. Tell us your exact requirements before any handover. We will confirm what can be agreed; your IT team should retain responsibility for its approved data-removal process.

What about company management or firmware locks?

Tell us whether the devices are still enrolled in company management or have account, activation or firmware locks. Ask your authorised IT administrator to arrange the appropriate release before transfer.

When is a business batch paid for?

Payment is by bank transfer after inspection and confirmation of the agreed offer. The timing and arrangements should be agreed for your batch before handover.
