Cancel, Return, Exchange?

Exceptional Electronics endeavors to make sure all items sent out are of the exact quality stated.

The information below sets out our Exchange and Returns policy. Please read and satisfy yourself with the policy before a purchase is made. If part of the policy is not clear, please contact us on hello@exe.co.uk and we will explain it in greater detail.

Cancellations

Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days runs from when you get the last of the batch.

This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.

Returns

In the rare occasion you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us within 14 days, (unless the item is damaged, then contact must be made within 48 hours), on hello@exe.co.uk / 03302 23 23 23. We will provide you with a returns authorisation number.  Once you have authorisation, please follow the guide below.

Return the item in ALL the original packaging and with ALL tags attached within 14 days.

Any postage costs, paid by the customer for the item to be delivered, will not be refunded, unless point 1 or 2 apply. (Please see below)

1) Please note if you receive an item with an issue, a picture and a short explanation detailing the issue must be sent to us within 48hrs.  Once agreed, please return the item to us within 14 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement. We will also reimburse your postage costs.

2) If we have sent you something different to what you ordered, again please return it to us within 14 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement. We will also reimburse your return postage costs.

All goods must be returned carriage paid.

Exchanges

We accept all exchanges, be it, to select a different size, model or colour. An exchange is accepted under the understanding, the customer pays the postage costs to return the item and also pays for postage costs for the exchange to be sent out.

The additional postage costs will be invoiced via PayPal.

We ask our customers to please understand, that in order for us to keep bringing you low prices for high quality items, we have to create or adjust our policies to compensate for the fact, we do not add unnecessary costs to our prices, unlike other retailers.

All customers who wish to exchange a product must return in its original condition.

Example i)

A ‘grade A’ mobile phone must be returned in ‘grade A’ condition.

Example ii)

A brand new official iphone case cannot be sent back to Exceptional Electronics if it has been removed from its original packaging.

IMPORTANT!!!!
If our returns policy is criminally or fraudulently misused in any way - I.E. a different item is sent back to what we originally posted and/or parts kept or swapped. We will not refund you under any circumstances and we will also notify your payment house of the fraud.
